Under Pressure

If there's on man we can say is the king of large lego spaceships, it'd be Dan Jassim. With blockbuster (get it, block buster?) SHIPs like the A-wing Carrier, the Explorer and of course, everyone's favorite, the Dragonstar
So Dan pulls another SHIP out of his hat, this time a troop carrier . Personally, I don't like it as much as some of his other work, but it's still major awesome cool something yadda yadda ya.

"I'm Not Dead Yet"

Moyblik ain't dead, it's just erratic. I've been posting on Snoikle some, so that took a bit of my thunder from this place.
So anywho....Jackson 5 rocks. I just picked up the "Ultimate Collection" CD, and man I love it. Yay motown!!
Oh....lego.....right.
Spook is such a jerk. Can't you just quit being awesome?
Jerrac built a pretty cool fighter.

B-shelf Bio: Tiger0207

Jeez, just as I say the blog will be taking a rest I think of something to blog.

Tiger0207 has been a brickshelf member I've been looking at for a long time. For those guys who want to see spaceships and moonbase, don't look here, but he does have a lot of cool stuff. It's mostly minifigs, in cool backgrounds, posing, with some photoshop. It may sound weird, but I love it.

Take a look at this shot. It's a little wordless comic page, from the folder "AHUU" (the first of his folders I ever looked in, around 2 years ago)

Nothing much, he even included an official lego set in there. But with the interesting focus, cool nighttime sky (lookit those clouds!), and the woman stepping below on the stones it makes the picture very appealing and begins to tell a story.

Definitely likes to play with photography. Look at this shot. Wow! How did he get them to "float" midair? There is only one hint in the entire gallery as to how he might do it, but we can't be sure. Go find it! And make sure to look at all of his other folders.

MOYBLIK SUCKS I QUIT FOREVER

Moyblik has slowed down a bit (obviously...)

So just think of it as... Moyblik on a break. Yup. It's just taking a rest...

Khet Nasari Relic

Spook (who left us for his own blog, the traitor!) has an it's-so-awesome-I-think-my-pants-just-exploded space ship, titled the "Khet Nasari Relic."
Basically, it's an old-skool ghost ship wandering space on it's own accord. With no crew. A big Gun. And a small bit that broke off (but stays with the main body!!1!!!111!)

Anyway, a nice backstory, and an even nicer micro spacecraft. Nice shaping with the wedge plates, and the colors are simple but beautiful.

Jacob
Occasional driving force of the blog, self-proclaimed Lukas fanboy, and aspiring engineer, Jacob spends too much time building LEGO, not enough time practicing piano, and not nearly enough time doing school. He also enjoys long sentences. In the instance of blogging, he believes in quantity over quality, wherever quantity can be maintained.
Mike
One of the cofounders of YSAB, and the founder of YSA, Observing Mike actually being productive is a rare occasion. Mike enjoys making outlandish claims in relation to actually building, pretending he's actually sorting his collection, and making excuses for why he hasn't photographed his MOCs. In his free time he enjoys learning CSS from Spook, photography and poking badgers with spoons.
Dean
Occasional builder, occasional blogger, and full-time procrastinator. That's really the only way to describe Dean. He rarely gets anything done, but is a very active lurker. He's probably seen and liked your MOC, but just forgot he had a blog.
Erik
Erik is still a teenager.
Lukas
Lukas is tall, blond, mildly OCD, and doesn't build nearly enough as he would like to, thanks to school. He has a webpage.
Spook (Tim)
The resident codemonkey and graphics person. If something isn't working correctly, it's probably his fault. Fitting to his name, he doesn't post often, but someone has to do this stuff too, right? Spook does build with laygoes, and has his own blog as well.
